Project Phoenix

Project Phoenix is a migrant-led European NGO and social enterprise dedicated to systemic change of the inclusion ecosystem. We are currently running a pilot project in Cyprus, which has the highest rate of asylum seekers per capita, in the EU. Our programming involves an intensive Fellowship programme, innovative partnerships with other CSOs and legacy institutions to fill gaps that they cannot, and advocacy based on transdisciplinary systemic research. Using a systems thinking approach, we empower migrants and refugees to become successful professionals and entrepreneurs. They then become community advocates, who pay it forward within their communities and host countries. In the background, we form strong partnerships to advocate for change at a systemic level.
